Learning from Dinos

Iteration not perfection.
We spent over a year editing, updating, and changing River Rush. Lots of progress on the game, but no progress on getting it published. With encouragement from our artist, Austin, and direction from Luke the team was challenged to design and launch a Kickstarter campaign in 3 months.
We did it. A quick party game for up to 15 players (or more) about luck, food, and dinos eating friends.

Do the thing to learn the thing. People learn best by doing and we did it. We learned about setting up reward tiers (don’t put addons as reward tiers, it doesn’t work). Figured out how to share backer only print and plays. Most importantly we are learning a thing or two about social media marketing.
We aren’t perfect, we never will be, but we have heart that won’t let us stop working towards our goal – a trusted household brand name that always brings joy and wonder to our community.
